Psyllium Husk Powder

Psyllium husk is a product I swear by on a daily basis. One of the main components to a healthy gut is proper stool formation and this product allows for that to occur. A scoop and a small cup of water and I instantly feel relief in my gut. The taste is similar to an herbal tea so it is soothing to drink.
