Tudca is a big part of my protocol and will be since I have liver disease and bile duct issues, helps with digestion! They are bitter so I like to take them with something besides water like Raw Milk when my body is in good shape for drinking Raw Milk

I started using Tudca in my protocol a few weeks back and have noticed an improvement on symptoms and better digestion when I eat fats. I know herxing on this is common so it's best to go slow, every other day and even starting with half cap. If you have leftover caps from other supplements, you can use those to split these because the taste is not very good!
