Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The IBD Shop at theibdshop.com, operated by IBD SHOP INC (DBA The IBD Shop). If you have any questions, email us at ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States only.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Opened Products

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened bottles or opened products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired item, please email us at ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item (showing the damage, the incorrect item, or the expiration date). We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Lab Tests

Functional lab tests are non-returnable and non-refundable once the test kit has shipped.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on international shipping, customs, duties, and fees.

Order Changes

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to change or modify it. If you made a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please wait for our reply with return instructions before sending anything back.
