Love this product, I used it the whole time I was on para cleanse to keep my immune system from over reacting. I’ve also been using a combo of these products after testing positive for EBV. I plan to use it on and off long term to keep EBV away. Another bonus is that I never get my husband and kids sicknesses while taking these, amazing for the winter flu season
